- Reviewed the official CPT Professional codebook (2024 edition) published by the American Medical Association (AMA).
- Interviewed five experts to understand how to increase the chances of successful reimbursement for remote care services.
- Engaged a certified coder to understand common reasons for claims denials and mitigate against these.
