Identified barriers to adoption for improved, evidence-based pathways based on the latest guidelines, which include use of a novel therapeutic agent.
Facilitated interactive workshops with Japanese commercial leads to develop solutions and engagement strategies to address these barriers.
Designed a capability-building program to prepare over 600 sales reps to implement these strategies and engage with major hospitals nationwide.
